Farm Aid Throwback | Watch Farm Aid 2019 LIVE September 21st

We’re Gearing Up For AXS TV’s Sixth Annual Broadcast of Farm Aid With This Throwback From Neil Young

Join us down on the farm as we celebrate the 34th annual Farm Aid festival! This year, the fest heads to Alpine Valley Music Theatre in East Troy, Wisconsin, for the very first time, but you can see the entire thing from the comfort of your living room. Watch the 2019 festival LIVE as Farm Aid founders Willie Nelson, John Mellencamp, and Neil Young, along with their fellow board member Dave Matthews, take the stage for an unforgettable night of music to rally support for America’s family farmers. Other notable performers include Margo Price, Tanya Tucker, Luke Combs, Brothers Osborne, Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats, and Lukas Nelson & Promise Of The Real and Yola, among others. Before the live broadcast on Saturday, September 21st at 7:30/6:30c only on AXS TV, enjoy this throwback from 2018 of Neil Young performing “Heart of Gold”!

We also invite our viewers to donate toward Farm Aid’s mission here.

Willie Nelson, Neil Young and John Mellencamp organized the first Farm Aid concert in 1985 to raise awareness about the loss of family farms and to raise funds to keep farm families on the land. Dave Matthews joined the Farm Aid Board of Directors in 2001. Farm Aid has raised more than $53 million to promote a strong and resilient family farm system of agriculture. Farm Aid is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to keep family farmers on the land.
