Filmed live on July 27, 1986 at the Népstadion in Budapest, Hungarian Rhapsody captures the first stadium performance ever by a Western band behind the steel curtain. The concert takes place during the midst of Queen’s Magic Tour, their biggest tour at the time, spanning 26 dates and over a million attendees in total. At this stop, Queen performed all of their greatest hits and timeless classics to a roaring crowd of 80,000 people. Luckily, a group of cameramen was there to document the unforgettable evening and what would unfortunately be Freddie Mercury’s final tour with the band. Now, catch an even longer version of the Killer Queen concert this Sunday, July 16th at 10/9c ONLY on AXS TV.
