We'll first stop by Emeril's restaurant, Meril, to talk all about the amazing food of New Orleans before we send Emeril off to man his float in the HUGE Mardi Gras Bacchus parade. Then, we'll meet up with Trombone Shorty at his studio to chat about his roots in New Orleans and to jam to a Bob Dylan classic, "Rainy Day Women #12 & 35".
