Sunday Night Rocks | June 24th at 8/7c

Backstreet's BACK alright!

Our Sunday lineup begins with the premiere of Run-DMC & Aretha Franklin Rock Legends! Run-DMC is a Grammy-nominated hip-hop trio from Queens, New York. Founded in 1981, they are considered among the most influential artists in hip-hop and helped usher in the genre's increasing popularity in the 1980s. Run-DMC was the first hip-hop group to go platinum and double-platinum, landing them a spot on the show! Then, we explore the life and career of Aretha Franklin. This multiple Grammy® winner is also known as the reigning and undisputed “Queen Of Soul.” Franklin has created an amazing legacy that spans an incredible six decades, from her first recording as a teenage gospel star to her current RCA Records release. She was even the recipient of the U.S.A.’s highest civilian honor, The Presidential Medal Of Freedom, earning her the title of "rock legend"! Then, put on your party hat and get ready to celebrate Sammy Hagar's 70th birthday on Rock & Roll Road Trip! Join Sammy and an all-star lineup including Eddie Money, Chad Kroeger, Toby Keith, Darryl McDaniels, Bob Weir, Vinnie Paul and Kenny Aronoff for Sammy's birthday bash at the Cabo Wabo Cantina in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Finally, we end the night with the premiere of New Kids on the block and Backstreet Boys! The NKOTB (aka New Kids on the Block) and BSB (aka The Backstreet Boys) send the audience of the 02 Arena, London, into meltdown for this NKOTBSB show. Check out this Sunday's full lineup below:
