A Greek Tragedy, December 11, 2012

An encore presentation of “A Greek Tragedy.”  The economic crisis is becoming a disaster to many Greeks with the fallout spreading to children.  Some parents are sending their children to live with relatives because they can no longer afford them.  Also, while most of the news from the Amazon rainforest over the past two decades has been a picture of large scale deforestation, we actually have some good news to report.  And, we profile journalist Natallia Radina, who recently escaped the inhuman conditions of a prison in Belarus. Her crime?  Organizing opposition.
