August 09, 2016 AXS TV Celebrates the Music of Prince, David Bowie & Jimi Hendrix on Season 7 of ‘The World’s Greatest Tribute Bands’

LOS ANGELES – Aug. 9, 2016 – AXS TV’s live concert series THE WORLD’S GREATEST TRIBUTE BANDS will honor the music of two legends lost this year with special 90-minute tributes to Prince for the premiere Sept. 14 and David Bowie Sept. 21. The weekly live concert series produced and hosted by Katie Daryl, which airs Wednesday nights at 10pE/7pP from the Whisky A Go Go in Hollywood, will also feature an epic finale with the show’s first-ever tribute to Jimi Hendrix Nov. 16.
