LOS ANGELES – Oct. 3, 2014 – Maximum Fighting Championship came out in full force tonight on AXS TV FIGHTS with welterweight striker Shane “Shaolin” Campbell (10-2) defeating top-ranked lightweight contender Marcus “Bad Intentions” Edwards (9-3) via TKO in the second round in the main event’s 161-pound catchweight superfight. As a result of tonight’s headlining superfight, Campbell will now get a shot at the vacant MFC welterweight title in his next fight, which is has yet to be announced.   • Light Heavyweight fight: Jeremy Osheim (6-0) defeats Victor Valimaki (18-9) via TKO at 1:04 minutes in the first round
  • Lightweight fight: Andrew McInnes (5-1) defeats Ryan Healy (23-14-1) via submission (Rear Naked Choke) at 2:49 minutes in the first round
  • Middleweight fight: Miles Anstead (5-0) defeats Jared McComb (7-4-1) via decision (unanimous)
  • Bantamweight fight: Kyle Oliveira (3-1) defeats Corey Gower (5-3) via decision (unanimous)
  • Bantamweight fight: Brad Katona (1-0) defeats Mike Hay (1-1) via TKO at 2:47 minutes in the first round
