World Victory Road’s ambitious “Sengoku: Soul of Fight” event airs in two parts this month on HDNet, and North American fans can catch the debut of the second episode Friday night.

HDNet airs the three-hour special Friday at 10 p.m. ET/7 p.m. PT.

A new episode of “Inside MMA,” featuring guests Anthony Pettis and Stefan Struve, precedes the event at 9 p.m. ET.

“Sengoku: Soul of Fight,” which featured a featherweight title fight between former champion Marlon Sandro and new title-holder Hatsu Hioki, took place Dec. 30 at the Ariake Coliseum in Tokyo.

According to HDNet officials, the second episode of “Sengoku: Soul of Fight” features Kazunori Yokota, Mamed Khalidov and Dave Herman, among others.

Coupled with DREAM’s “Dynamite!! 2010” card, “Sengoku: Soul of Fight” provided one-half of a massive year-end offering of MMA from Japan.

The MMA fights were part of an all-day martial-arts festival that included kickboxing and grappling matches.
