The Judges Were Busy at LFA 20 Where 5 of 7 Fights Went to a Decision!
Nick “The Phoenix” Barnes and Chad “Blitz” Curry put on a show in the main event of LFA 20 at the Mystic Lake Casino Hotel! Barnes was making his LFA debut against Curry who already had one victory inside the LFA cage. It quickly became apparent that Curry was struggling with his timing, distance and gauging Barnes’ offense. Barnes was able to hold control of all three rounds of the bout scoring him the split decision victory from the judges.
In the co-main event of the evening, Bobby “The Wolfman” Moffett went to war with “Nasty” Nate Jennerman in the Featherweight division. Moffett came into this fight with the plan to wear Jennerman out on the ground, and he was successful. Jennerman didn’t make it easy on Moffett by making it hard to pin him down and score against, but it was Jennerman’s lack of offense that led to his demise. Moffett scored the unanimous decision victory from the judges taking his record to 10-2.
