Who Will Be The Next Superstar?
THE SEARCH FOR THE NEXT POP ICON BEGINS AS AXS TV DEBUTS
THE X FACTOR UK ON AUGUST 30 AT 8/7c
Since 2003, THE X FACTOR UK has set the benchmark for greatness amongst its competition-show rivals, discovering international superstars that have changed the landscape of modern pop music. The roster of chart-toppers includes winners and runners-up alike, boasting standouts such as Season 7 finalists One Direction. Other highlights include Season 6 runner-up Olly Murs, who earned the biggest week one sales for a debut album that year; Season 7’s feisty pop diva Cher Lloyd; and pop quartet Little Mix, who made history when their album became the highest-charting debut of all-time by a British girl group. To date, every winner of THE X FACTOR UK has achieved a No. 1 single in the UK music charts.
But we were never able to follow along in THE X FACTOR UK’s incredible star-making journeys on this side of The Pond – until now! Starting August 31, AXS TV is broadcasting all 34 episodes from Season 11 just 24 hours after their UK premiere.
“THE X FACTOR UK is a perfect addition to the AXS TV lineup,” said AXS TV founder Mark Cuban. “The level of talent that the series has produced is unprecedented, and to have Simon Cowell back as a judge – I’m confident that our audience will embrace these new stars wholeheartedly. I’m proud that AXS TV has the opportunity to be at the forefront of this popular music franchise to showcase talented vocalists.”
Don’t rely on gossip blogs for a fuzzy recap; watch the entire journey from the start, every Sunday and Monday night at 8/7c – only on AXS TV.
