Season 12 is Off to a Sensational Start – The X Factor UK Week 1 Recap
Tears, goosebumps, and twerking grandmas. The premiere of Season 12 of The X Factor UK had it all…
Finally, after months of waiting impatiently, The X Factor UK returned to our TV screen. The arena auditions brought us more sass, more surprises, and more talent than we expected. We were “shaking it” along with 60 year old Susan Price’s rendition of “No Limit,” and up and dancing with our new favorite boy-band, The First Kings’ too hot cover of “Up Town Funk.” We were moved to tears by Seann Miley Moore’s show stopping performance of Queen’s “The Show Must Go On” and Josh Daniel’s passionate take on Labrinth’s “Jealous.” After this week’s emotional roller coaster of auditions, we can’t wait to see what other stars will emerge on The X Factor UK stage. Check out the entire weekend in videos below & tune in for more #UKintheUSA every Sunday and Monday 8/7c!
“Techno Susan” gets four yeses for her quirky, lovable, and booty-shakin’ performance.
The First Kings are set on becoming the first boy-band to win The X Factor UK and they’re well on their way after receiving four yeses from the judges.
When Seann Miley Moore stepped on stage, Rita joked about him raiding her wardrobe for his audition, but after he sang his first note, the judges were shocked and gladly put him through to the next round.
We think it’s safe to say EVERYONE in the arena had chills after Josh Daniel’s audition, earning him a solid four yeses from the judges.
