    OVERVIEW

    AXS TV is looking for a Senior Manager of Programming, Digital Platforms to oversee programming strategies and content creation across the brand’s digital platforms with the goal of driving growth, engagement and revenue-generating opportunities.   This person will have a strong understanding of the diverse digital content marketplace including direct-to-consumer platforms, OTT VOD and the FAST/digital linear landscape, as well as best practices across all social media platforms.  Candidates should have a passion for music and a strong knowledge base of music, music artists and music-based programming in both the broadcast and digital marketplaces.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Establish tracking models for content distribution and performance across multiple platforms
    • Translate data analytics into recommendations and reports for programming decisions and priorities
    • Manage content inventory and flow across linear and digital platforms
    • Develop and create content ideas in line with our goals of building monetizable digital IP and franchise programming
    • Work closely with production on timelines and deliveries of content, and with operations on publishing and distribution of content
    • Management and creative program planning of AXS TV’s YouTube channel
    • Work closely with the social media and marketing teams on content-driven campaigns and publishing strategies

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 5-7 years of experience in digital content and programming strategies
    • A strong multitasker and highly organized
    • Production experience in unscripted content
    • Strategic content planner within a results-based digital environment
    • Experience with performance tracking and reporting, using data to help inform recommendations and decisions
    • Team mentality to work with production and product teams from a content side to create entertaining and shareable content and programming opportunities across D2C and social media platforms
    • Ability to manage cross-platform video content creation, roll out and publishing strategies
    • Experience in developing and activating a programming initiative for a YouTube channel
    • Experience collaborating with brand partners on sponsored opportunities to generate creative, engaging concepts

    Salary – Up to 85k
