We’re proud to present four all-new episodes of the popular celebrity profile The Big Interview With Dan Rather are coming to AXS TV this January. Each episode was filmed remotely due to the pandemic, utilizing both Zoom and in-person camera teams, and puts the spotlight on candid conversations with entertainment icons and influencers as they open up about their legendary lives and acclaimed careers. The month opens on January 6th at 8/7c as Rather sits down with rock superstar Perry Farrell, the iconic front man of Jane’s Addiction and Porno For Pyros, whose lyrics have fueled unforgettable hits such as “Jane Says”, “Been Caught Stealing”, “Mountain Song”, and more. During the interview, Farrell reflects on his unique upbringing, coming of age in L.A., and the current state of alt-rock, and discusses the origins of Lollapalooza, his father’s ties to the mob, and how spirituality and religion have impacted his life. Then, the season continues with country music phenom Luke Combs, Academy Award winner Regina King, and country trailblazer Randy Travis. After these initial four episodes are broadcast, more all-new episodes of The Big Interview will air in early spring.
